Chocolate Brownies(:
A chocolate brownie is a flat, baked square or bar introduced in the United States at the end of the nineteenth century and popularized in both the U.S. and Canada during the first half of the twentieth century. The brownie is sliced from a type of dense, rich chocolate cake, which is, in texture, like a cross between a cake and a cookie.

Ingredients:
1. Cooking Spray
2. 14 TBSP Butter
3. 1/2 Cup of Unsweetened Cocoa
4. 1/4 Cup of Sugar
5. 3 Eggs
6. 2 TSP Vanilla Extract
7. 1/2 Cup of Flour
8. Pinch of Salt
9. 1 Cup of Chopped Walnuts

Equipments:
1. Aluminium Foil
2. 4 Sizes of Measuring Cups
3. Spatular
4. Chopping Board
5. Mixing Bowl
6. Butter Knife
7. 5 Sizes of Measuring Spoons
8. Whisk
9. Baking Tray
10. Toothpicks
11. 2 Cooling Racks
12. Knife

How To Cook:
Firstly, put the oven rack in the middle of the oven.
Then, pre-heat the oven at 350 degrees.
Next, lay the aluminium foil on the baking tray.
After that, spray the cooking spray on the aluminium foil.
Set the baking tray aside while we bake the brownies.

Start with the butter.
14 TBSP of butter, cut into pieces.
Place the butter to a large microwave safe bowl.
Melt the butter in the microwave for about 1 minute.
When the butter is melting, measure 1/2 cup of sweetened cocoa.
1 1/4 cup of sugar.
Add the cocoa powder to the butter, and whisk it together.
Then whisk in the sugar.
Set this bowl aside for a moment.
Crack 3 eggs into a medium bowl.
Lightly beat them with 2 TSP of vanilla extract.
Add the egg into the cocoa mixture and whisk it together.
Add a pinch of salt.
And measure 1 1/2 cup of flour.
Mix it together with the batter.
If you like walnuts, pour in one cup.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
Put the pan into the oven, this will take about 30mins.
Try to see if you are done by sticking a toothpick into the centre of the brownies.
It should have some moist crumbs attached to it.
Be careful not to over-bake your brownies.
And let it cool completely on the wire rack.
Overturn the brownies onto the wire rack and peel away the foil.
Now flip them into the cutting board and start cutting it.
Enjoy your Chocolate Brownies!

Super Size Me is about an American documentary filmmaker, Morgan Spurlock, who demonstrated the negative health effects of eating McDonald's food three meals a day for thirty days, and nothing else. Eating too much of fast food will harm our body.

  • Our opinion on the images of the documentary
It is a bit unclear, due to the video quality.

  • Our opinion on the sound of the documentary
Some parts are hard for us to understand because they speak too fast.

  • Our opinion on the message of the documentary
Eating fast food is not bad at all, if only you eat once in a while. Drink more plain water, eat more vegetables, exercise more, and you will be much healthier.

  • Possible audience action
Some might completely avoid eating fast food, while some might still continue eating fast food, but not as frequent as before. It all depends on your mind.

  • Overall recommendation
We would recommend this documentary to everyone as it warns everyone about eating too much of fast food is bad for health. Although people like eating fast food, think about the negative health effects, eg. becoming overweight. So, we encourage people to eat more healthy food.
