Main message of the documentary Eating too much of fast food will harm our body.
Our opinion on the images of the documentary It is a bit unclear, due to the video quality.
Our opinion on the sound of the documentary Some parts are hard for us to understand because they speak too fast.
Our opinion on the message of the documentary Eating fast food is not bad at all, if only you eat once in a while. Drink more plain water, eat more vegetables, exercise more, and you will be much healthier.
Possible audience action Some might completely avoid eating fast food, while some might still continue eating fast food, but not as frequent as before. It all depends on your mind.
Overall recommendation We would recommend this documentary to everyone as it warns everyone about eating too much of fast food is bad for health. Although people like eating fast food, think about the negative health effects, eg. becoming overweight. So, we encourage people to eat more healthy food. Eating fast food seldomly would be better than eating fast food everyday.
